SPECTRE AI ("SPECTRE", "we", "us") operates the website and studio at spectreaiugc.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, name, email and profile picture; we do not receive your Google password.
• Your API keys — keys you paste for third-party providers (KIE.ai, Anthropic, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Replicate). They are stored encrypted and used only to run the generations you request.
• Your content — images, videos, audio, prompts and projects you upload or generate. They are stored in your own private area and are never shared with other users.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To provide the studio: authenticate you, run generations on your behalf, and show you your library.
• To secure accounts: two-factor authentication, login throttling and session management.
• To communicate with you about your account when needed.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Third-party providers

When you generate content, your prompts and reference media are sent to the provider whose key you supplied (for example KIE.ai or Anthropic) under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Google sign-in is provided by Google under Google's privacy policy.

Storage and security

Data is hosted on Render (Oregon, USA). Passwords are hashed with scrypt, API keys are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS.

Your choices

• Edit or delete your name, email, password, profile picture and API keys at any time in Profile and Settings.
• Delete your content from your library inside the studio.
• To delete your account entirely, email hello@spectreaiugc.com and we will remove it and its data.
