The service
SPECTRE AI is a studio for creating ad creative with AI models. Access is by account; new accounts start on a waiting list and are activated with a license key. A license key is for one account and is not transferable.
Your keys, your costs
Generations run on third-party providers using the API keys you supply. You are responsible for those providers' charges and for complying with their terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and generate. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, and for how you use the output. Don't use SPECTRE to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or circumvent access controls.
- No reselling or sharing of your account or license key.
Availability and changes
SPECTRE is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change features over time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SPECTRE AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including provider outages or generation results.
